My daughter was turning 13 and I wanted to surprise her with something special. Amy suggested Paris since we would be celebrating both of our birthdays. From the moment we stepped off the plane everything was VIP all the way. Private car to the hotel, the most exquisite suite waiting and decorated with all her favorite treats and a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower, she arranged a private perfume making session, a private macaron class with a chef and some lovely shopping with a driver waiting at each store. She even made sure that I had a special evening at a Michelin 2 star restaurant for a mind blowing chef tasting with wine pairing and the chef brought me back into the kitchen afterward. We were so fortunate to attend a private ceremony with less than 10 people for the Crown of Thorns at Notre Dame just one month before the fire. It was the most memorable birthday for both of us. We look forward to leaving our birthdays in her hands forever!
